Who We See

Rosedee Behavioral Health provides psychiatric telehealth services only for adults age 18 and older in California, Washington, and Arizona, subject to clinical appropriateness and appointment availability.

Insurance and Private Pay

Insurance appointments are currently scheduled through our booking partner for eligible patients in California and Washington. Please verify your plan’s participation and expected costs during booking. Arizona appointments are private pay only at this time.

Private-pay appointments are available in California, Washington, and Arizona. Current private-pay rates are $375 for an initial psychiatric evaluation and $200 for a follow-up appointment. Applicable financial disclosures are provided before care.

Before Your Appointment

After scheduling, you will receive instructions to complete registration, health history, screening questionnaires, and required consent forms through the secure patient portal. Please complete these materials before your visit whenever possible.

For telehealth appointments, plan to join from a private location and be prepared to confirm your physical location and a way to reach you if the connection is interrupted.

Appointments and Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a $75 fee, and missed appointments may incur a $100 fee, subject to applicable law, insurance requirements, and exceptions for genuine emergencies or exceptional circumstances.

Prescriptions

Prescriptions are issued only when clinically appropriate and consistent with applicable laws and practice policies. Controlled-substance medications are not available for Arizona patients at this time. Routine prescription renewals generally require follow-up appointments.
